Actually the built in card works fine once Ndiswrapper is installed and I had just been incredibly stupid and somehow switched the card off via the button on the front of the laptop. I had somehow not noticed. It has taken me ages to get back to this blog, but I found this quickly and everything has been working great since then. I have also upgraded to Feisty Fawn Beta since, which I have been really impressed with - lots of the post install stuff is now taken care of out-of-the-box. Thanks again. Hi preston.boyington,
